Expert warns of environmental impact of cargo crash

A leading maritime expert says the potential environmental impact of Monday’s collision between an oil tanker and container ship in the North Sea is "significant".

Tomas Alexa from Ambrey Intelligence, also says evidence suggests there was "no attempt made to slow down" before the collision.
