Axel Rudakubana arrives at court ahead of sentencing

A prison van believed to contain Axel Rudakubana arrives at Liverpool Crown Court for his sentencing after he admitted the murders of three girls at a dance class in Southport.

The 18-year-old pleaded guilty to all 16 offences he faced on the first day of his trial at Liverpool Crown Court on Monday.

Alice da Silva Aguiar, nine, Bebe King, six, and Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, died following the attack at the Taylor Swift-themed class in The Hart Space in the seaside town.
