Labour vows to 'break business model' of cyber criminals

The security minister has pledged to "break the business model" of cyber criminals after revealing that millions of pounds of taxpayers' money has been handed to hostile actors in recent years.

Dan Jarvis adds, "we want these cyber criminals to look at the UK as being a hard target so they avoid us".
