The chaos erupted as hundreds of devotees gathered for Vaikunta Darshan tokens, leading to overcrowding and tragedy.
Despite TTD’s arrangements for token distribution across multiple centers, pilgrims began thronging lodges a day earlier, overwhelming officials.
