Through this reveal, DS Automobiles is unveiling a new naming philosophy.

«N°» because it represents the standard way of writing “number” in French, embodying elegance and timelessness.

In addition, the “°” on the rear of the car is drawn like the tip of a diamond, in reference to the DS Automobiles DNA.

This approach links the names of the existing range to future models by keeping numbers but introducing a bolder rationale with “N°” (number).

The future DS Automobiles range will follow this new naming convention.

For DS N°8, the number 8 is unprecedented for DS Automobiles.

Its shape, close to the infinity sign, is associated with balance and serenity.

To strengthen the Brand’s identity, the car’s rear will carry the “DS AUTOMOBILES” lettering completed by «N°8».
