Louise Casey to lead review into social care reform

Baroness Louise Casey will lead a four-year, cross-party task force into the future of social care, the public health minister has revealed.

Andrew Gwynne welcomed the announcement, describing Ms Casey as "the foremost public sector reformer of our time".
