Minister warns prison spaces may run out despite expansion

The justice secretary Shabana Mahmood has warned even under the government's plans to open 14,000 more prison places, they could still run out of space over the next few years.

She said, "we are going to fall short and we simply can not build our way out of this problem." Report by Ajagbef.
