Jess Phillips details new spiking laws

Jess Phillips has revealed over 10,000 bar staff across the UK will be trained to deal with spiking incidents as she discussed the government's new legislation.

The Home Office minister said a £250,000 budget has been allocated to facilitate the training of bar staff.
