IRGC Chief’s Fiery Warning For Israel: ‘Do Not Rely on THAAD, We Will Defeat You’ | Watch

In a bold and fiery statement, Major General Hossein Salami, the chief commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), has warned Israel against relying on the U.S.-deployed Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system for protection.

Amid rising tensions in the region, Salami declared that Israel's faith in the missile defence system is misplaced, asserting that Iran and its allies will outmatch any countermeasures taken by the Israeli regime.

Speaking at a commemoration event for Iranian martyrs of the 1980s war, he emphasised that THAAD’s capabilities are limited and warned that Israel’s reliance on it could lead to its downfall.

The warning comes as Iran condemns U.S. support for Israel amid the ongoing conflict in Gaza and Lebanon, with Salami accusing the U.S. of complicity in war crimes.
