Lucy Letby is refused bid to appeal conviction

The Court of Appeal has refused Lucy Letby's bid to challenge her conviction for the attempted murder of a baby girl.

The convicted serial killer's lawyers asked three senior judges if she could appeal her most recent conviction for attempting to kill a newborn, following a retrial.
