Labour: Rosie Duffield resignation is no big surprise

Pat McFadden plays down Rosie Duffield quitting the Labour Party saying, "I don't think in the end her resignation is a big surprise".

The chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster also dismisses criticisms from Ms Duffield about donations from Lord Alli, insisting "everything that's donated is properly declared".
