Health Secretary vows to end 'two-tier healthcare'

The health secretary has vowed to end "two-tier healthcare" in the NHS in a speech delivered at the Labour conference.

Wes Streeting said the NHS has let people down in recent years.

"We are the generation that will build a national care service worthy of it's name.

That's the change Britain voted for," he said.
