BJP leader Anoop Antony Joseph accuses Kerala govt for Wayanad landslide relief funds

Delhi: BJP Leader Anoop Antony Joseph criticized the Kerala CPM government, stating that while Kerala is still recovering from the Wayanad landslide, the real pain lies in the misuse of relief funds.

He alleged that crores meant for Wayanad's relief were embezzled, with Rs 75,000 spent on each funeral and Rs 12 crore on food for volunteers.

He further claimed that the state government repeatedly uses disasters, like the 2018 floods, as opportunities for corruption and financial gain.
