ABC News has unveiled the rules for the upcoming "Kamala Harris and Donald Trump – ABC News Presidential Debate," scheduled for Tuesday, Sept.

The debate will be broadcast live on ABC and streamed on ABC News Live, Disney+, and Hulu.

It will also be available for simulcast.

The event will take place at the National Constitution Center.
