Vin Diesel and Michelle Rodriguez surprise Tyrese Gibson at the 1992 Los Angeles premiere

Actor Tyrese Gibson got very emotional while reuniting with Vin Diesel and Michelle Rodriguez at the 1992 Los Angeles premiere.

The Fast and the Furious co-stars hugged on the red carpet as Gibson began crying.

It was a very special moment for Tyrese Gibson.

The actor stars in 1992, directed by Ariel Vromen with a story by Sascha Penn.

The movie follows Mercer, played by Tyrese, whose life collides with a father and son (Ray Liotta and Scott Eastwood) as he tries to protect his son (Christopher A’mmanuel) during the turbulent 1992 Los Angeles uprising following the Rodney King verdict.

Alongside Gibson, 1992 stars Scott Eastwood, Christopher A’mmanuel, Clé Bennett, Ori Piefer, Oleg Taktarov, Dylan Arnold, Michael Beasley, and Ray Liotta in his final film role.

1992 opens in theatres on August 30th.
