Government: Things will get worse before they get better

Britain will get worse before it gets better, the Prime Minister is set to warn in his first major speech since taking office.

Labour's National Campaign Coordinator, Pat McFadden said: We've already begun on change, but we've got to work through some of these difficult issues first".
