Russian President Putin and Chechen leader Kadyrov inspected Chechen troops preparing to fight in Ukraine at a university in Chechnya.

Putin praised the troops' courage, while Kadyrov said Chechnya sent over 47,000 troops, including 19,000 volunteers.

Putin said Russia faces enemies trying to destabilize the country, vowing to punish "criminals" in Kursk and Donbas who invaded Russian territory.
