Grace's parents 'more than convinced' death was avoidable

The parents of Grace O-Malley-Kumar has said they are 'more than convinced' their daughter's death could have been avoided if Valdo Calocane had been treated with 'any form of responsibility', adding they wanted the medical staff involved in his care to be held accountable.
