Arson attacks hits French trains hours before Olympics

Arson attacks have scrambled France's high-speed rail network for tens of thousands of passengers, after what officials called premeditated acts of "sabotage" just hours before the Paris Olympics opened.

French rail operator SNCF says 800,000 people will be affected.
