Abbington subject to rape threats after quitting Strictly

The actor Amanda Abbington has revealed she and her daughter received rape and death threats after she withdrew from Strictly Come Dancing.

In an exclusive interview with Channel 4 News, she told Krishnan Guru-Murthy “it’s been brutal, relentless and unforgiving”.
