Donald Trump, in his acceptance speech at the Republican convention in Milwaukee, honored Corey Comperatore, a firefighter killed at a recent Pennsylvania rally.

Trump, who survived an assassination attempt at that rally, presented Corey’s helmet and uniform, hailing him as a "highly respected former fire chief" who died protecting others.

Trump also honored the injured, calling them "dedicated Trumpsters," and asked for a moment of silence.
