‘If Hamas Agrees To…’: Hezbollah Vows Ceasefire if Hamas Agrees, Boasts of War Readiness

Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah announced on Wednesday that his Lebanese militant group would abide by any decision made by their Palestinian allies, Hamas, regarding Gaza hostage negotiations.

Nasrallah stated that Hezbollah would cease cross-border attacks on Israel if a ceasefire were to be established.

Hezbollah has been exchanging fire almost daily with Israeli forces in support of Hamas since the Palestinian group’s attack on Israel on October 7, which triggered the ongoing conflict in the Gaza Strip and raised fears of a broader regional war.
