Tory Welsh Secretary responds to betting scandal

The Conservative Welsh Secretary David TC Davies has responded to the Tory betting scandal, saying he is "very disappointed".

It comes as two Conservative candidates were placed under investigation by the Gambling Commission for allegedly placing a bet on the date of the general election.
