Davey: Tory betting allegations are quite awful

Sir Ed Davey says allegations that Conservative candidates have bet on the date of the election are "quite awful".

The Liberal Democrat leader says he hopes an investigation will "come down heavily" on anyone found to have acted "illegally and immorally".
