Justin Timberlake Tells Police ‘I Had One Martini’ After Being Pulled Over for DWI

Singer Justin Timberlake was arrested early Tuesday morning in the Hamptons for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Pulled over around 12:18 AM while driving a gray BMW, Timberlake was reportedly en route to a friend's house after leaving dinner at The American Hotel.

Officer Michael Arkinson, who filed the complaint, observed that Timberlake exhibited signs of intoxication, including bloodshot eyes, the smell of alcohol, and poor performance on sobriety tests.

Additionally, Timberlake failed to stay on the right side of the road and ran a stop sign.

Despite claiming he had only one martini, Timberlake was arrested and released nine hours later without posting bail, with a court date set for July 26th.
