Kuwait Fire: Massive Inferno Burns Down Building Owned By Malayali In Kuwait, Nearly 40 Killed

A massive fire broke out in a six-storey building in Kuwait's Ahmadi Governorate, resulting in over 40 fatalities and nearly 50 injuries.

The blaze originated from a kitchen in a lower floor of the labour camp and quickly spread due to glass windows, trapping many inside.

The building housed labourers from Kerala and Tamil Nadu, belonging to the NBTC Group owned by businessman KG Abraham.

As efforts to contain the fire continue, several individuals remain trapped within the building.
