Rishi Sunak praises maths learning at Silverstone college

Rishi Sunak told students at a technical college he was “very happy” that they were learning maths.

On a visit to Silverstone University Technical College, Mr Sunak rolled up his sleeves and donned a pair of safety glasses as he spoke to several young people using different machines.

“You’re taking maths alongside?

I’ve heard a lot of that.

Very happy to hear that,” he said.
