Rishi Sunak delivers reading at D-Day commemorative service

Rishi Sunak reads out a short address in his contribution to the D-Day commemoration service in Portsmouth.

The prime minister delivered an address by Field Marshal Montgomery, which was delivered to the troops ahead of the D-Day landings.
