Shadow chancellor rules out tax increases
Shadow chancellor Rachel Reeves has accused Rishi Sunak of lying about Labour's tax plans in his first TV debate against Sir Keir Starmer as she revealed the party has "no plans to increase taxes on working people." Ms Reeves said: "Rishi Sunak lied twelves times in the debate last night about Labour's tax plans.
The truth is it's the Conservatives who have taken the tax burden to the highest it's been in seventy years." Report by Kennedyl.
