Ukraine Turns to Prisoners to Re-Up Their Military Fighting Numbers

Back in 2022 Russia began a mass conscription of its male citizens calling up some 300,000 men for its war in Ukraine.

Now, after more than two years spent defending its nation, Kyiv is also looking to re-up its fighting force, however they are looking in an unlikely place.
