Despite Donald Trump’s myriad indictments, he and Joe Biden are still neck and neck in most polls.

That’s likely why the president was recently in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania campaigning amongst a group that will no doubt be a major decider of the 2024 presidential election: Black voters.
