Breaking: 4 dead in Texas storms, Houston mayor says "stay home"

Four people are confirmed dead as a severe storm system moves through East Texas.

Houston Mayor John Whitmire is urging all residents to stay home today as floodwaters threaten to swamp neighborhoods.

Mayor Whitmire has also confirmed the State of Texas is sending emergency response aid to the coastal city as the storms continue through Friday.
