The Winnetka, Illinois home is a staple for all who love the 1990 holiday classic.
The five-bed six-bath house is up for sale for the first time since 2012, and despite being renovated in 2018, is still structurally reminiscent of some of the film's most iconic scenes.
Along with its interior renovations, the property has also been equipped with a home gym, theater, and private basketball court.

Grande released a 10-second preview of the video on her Instagram Monday, before posting a countdown to the June 7 release date on her story.
The track will be the third from her new album Eternal Sunshine which debuted on March 8, to receive its own video, following tracks 'Yes, And?'
And 'We Can't Be Friends (Wait for Your Love).'

The beloved basketball star turned sportscaster passed away on Monday following a battle with cancer.
Walton had a lengthy career in the NBA, playing for the Portland Trail Blazers, San Diego (now Los Angeles) Clippers, and the Boston Celtics.
He was an award-winning athlete, becoming a two time national champion and receiving the NBA's MVP award in 1978.
His passing was revealed in a statement by NBA Commissioner Adam Silver who wrote, 'As a cherished member of the NBA family for 50 years, Bill will be deeply missed by all those who came to know and love him.'
