Blinken Delivers Some Of The Strongest Us Public Criticism Of Israel’s Conduct Of The War In Gaza

The US secretary of state Antony Blinken remarked on Sunday that a full-scale Israeli offensive in the Gaza city of Rafah would result in "anarchy" unless Hamas is eliminated.

Additionally, he acknowledged that Israeli forces had caused more civilian casualties than Hamas militants.

On "Face the Nation," CBS's Margaret Brennan questioned Blinken about whether the United States agrees with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's recent statement.

Netanyahu claimed that Israel had killed 14,000 terrorists and 16,000 civilians in its conflict with Hamas.
