Cameron: UK has rigorous process when agreeing arms exports

Lord Cameron has said the UK will not support an Israeli invasion of Rafah unless there is a 'clear plan to save lives'.

He added the government had a 'rigourous process' in ensuring it its arms were not going to be used in a manner that would breach humanitarian law.
