2024 never fails to disappoint and as always there are some very big items in the news for us to talk about.

On the menu for this week’s Brunch we will take up the following: the House of Representatives reversed itself and passed a reauthorization of Section 702 of FISA which would allow for warrantless surveillance of American citizens; criticism of the taxpayer funded NPR…by one of its own staff…and a liberal staffer to boot !!!

We will also be talking about the anxiety that U.S. and Israeli officials are feeling right now as they are concerned about a retaliatory strike from Iran given that Israel bombed an Iranian diplomatic station in Syria and as always we will be serving up some HodgePodge Stew (those stories that range anywhere from the serious to the funny to the weird or anywhere in between).
