The National Investigation Agency (NIA) apprehended two suspects - Mussavir Hussain Shazib and Abdul Matheen Taha - in connection with Bengaluru's Rameswaram Cafe blast case on Friday.
The two were nabbed near West Bengal's Kolkata.
Mussavir Hussain Shazib has been identified as the alleged "mastermind" behind the low-intensity blast that occurred at a prominent eatery in Bengaluru on March 1.
Shazib is accused of placing the improvised explosive device (IED) at the cafe.
Additionally, Abdul Matheen Taha is implicated as a co-conspirator in the incident.
Both Taha and Shazib hail from Thirthahalli in Shivamogga district, according to statements from the National Investigation Agency (NIA).
