Former Post Office Managing Director arrives at inquiry

The Post Office's former managing director arrives to give evidence at the Post Office inquiry in central London.

In his evidence, Alan Cook tells the inquiry he did not realise the Post Office brought its own prosecutions and says he "assumed" the police and Director of Public Prosecutions were involved.
