Labour announce plan to launch clean energy company

UK Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer will announce a plan to launch a publicly owned clean energy company during a visit to north Wales on Monday.

Shadow Welsh Secretary Jo Stevens says: “We will be doubling onshore wind, trebling solar power, quadrupling offshore wind; we’ll be creating carbon capture, tidal energy and more.” Report by Jonesia.
