Why is chocolate more egg-spensive this Easter?

The price of Easter eggs has soared this year due to the worsening impacts of climate change.

The Energy and Climate Intelligence Unit says a combination of climate change and El Nino conditions have driven up cocoa prices.

The price of cocoa beans has hit a record high of more than £6,500 per tonne - up from £2,000 compared to this time last year.
