PM Modi makes congratulatory call to Putin on re-election as Russian President | Oneindia

A telephone conversation was held today between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin, during which President Putin extended congratulations on his re-election by PM Modi.

Best wishes for the peace, progress, and prosperity of the Russian people were conveyed by Modi, as reported by the Prime Minister's Office (PMO).

It was agreed by the two leaders to make concerted efforts towards further strengthening the partnership between the two countries in the years to come.

In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, it was stated by Prime Minister Modi that an agreement was reached to work together to further deepen and expand the India-Russia Special & Privileged Strategic Partnership in the years ahead.
