Robert Downey Jr. and Christopher Nolan both take home their first Oscar.

Two of Hollywood's biggest names received their first Oscars for their work in Oppenheimer .

Christopher Nolan took home the award for Best Director, which he was also nominated for in 2018, and Robert Downey Jr. won for Best Supporting Actor.

Oppenheimer takes home 7 Oscars earning most awards of the night.

The film earned itself a total of 13 nominations going into the award ceremony, and came out on top winning more than half of those nods, including Best Picture.

Vanessa Hudgens debuts baby bump at Oscars red carpet.

Hudgens served as the pre-show host for this year's ceremony, and stepped out on the red carpet revealing that she and husband Cole Tucker are expecting their first child together.

Following weeks of speculation about her whereabouts and wellbeing, the Princess of Wales shared a photo on social media this Sunday alongside her three children.

However, after closer inspection, it was realized that the photo had been digitally altered, causing news outlets to remove the photo from their sites.

The Princess has since released a statement addressing the photoshop accusations writing 'Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing.

I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused.'
