Blair Ector recently rose to prominence as lead counsel in Jost v Canada (Governor in Council) 2024 FC 32, to which V4F founding member Eddie Cornell a co-applicant.

In the landmark case, he successfully argued that the invocation Emergencies Act was unlawful and unconstitutional.
