New Study Shows Women Benefit More from Exercise Than Men, Even with Less Activity

In a new study, researchers reveal that regular physical activity not only extends life but also benefits women more than men, even with lower amounts of exercise.

Analyzing data from over 400,000 adults, the study found that physically active women had a 24% lower risk of dying, while men had a 15% lower risk.
