Chancellor reacts to latest UK inflation rate
Chancellor Jeremy Hunt warns that financial pressure on UK households is likely to continue while the rate of inflation remains at 4% (double its 2% target).
The rate of Consumer Prices Index inflation remained at 4% in January, unchanged from December, the Office for National Statistics said.
