Pakistan Elections: 9 killed as violence mars elections, mobile services suspended | Oneindia News
On Thursday, as Pakistan conducted its general election under heightened security measures, at least nine individuals, including two children, fell victim to militant attacks across the nation.
The Interior Ministry attributed the security escalation to the previous day's tragic events in Balochistan, where two explosions near electoral candidates' offices claimed the lives of 26 people.
The Islamic State claimed responsibility for these attacks.
