Last couple of days I've been going through a little bit of a rough spot.

I have PTSD and I've been dealing with it since I was very young.

When you have a disability like that you learn some tools to use to help you deal with those things.

Stress is a big trigger.

So I needed to vent the videos pretty self-explanatory about what happened.

But I thought I would share about some of the positive things that came out of what's happened over the last couple of days.
