We need to fight terrorism without violating humanitarian law' – Lavrov

If an investigation is substituted with collective punishment, and UNRWA is suffering along with those who it had helped, it is an incorrect decision, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said.

Speaking at a press conference with his Gambian counterpart, Lavrov expressed hope that UN leaders, being in contact with Israeli officials, will continue to put the issue of the organization’s aid cuts forward.
