Children Can't Read, Write, Spell, Do Math or Count Money and Parents Don't Care!!

So called parents are using the school system as a free daycare center for poor "parenting" coupled with behavioral issues they refuse or don't want to address.

Parents do not read with their children nor do they spend time to go over any homework assignments.

Instead, they utilize social media, television and video games to grab their child's attention so they don't have to deal with their own children.
