Harsh exchange of opinions | UNSC holds meeting on downed Il-76 plane

The downing of a Russian military plane carrying Ukrainian prisoners of war, was a premeditated crime by Kiev, according to a statement by Russia's deputy ambassador to the UN, during an emergency session of the Security Council.
